How long does the application process take?

On average it takes 4 months. The length of the application process can vary from carer to carer and is designed to ensure the best possible outcome for you, your family and the children we support. Throughout the whole process you will be offered support and advice and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions at every stage. The process shouldn't take any longer than 6 months.
