When you transfer to Rotherham, we’ll match your rates for any ongoing placements.
You will automatically be paid as a level 3 carer.
You will have the opportunity to take 14 days fully paid annual leave when you have a long-term placement.
We work with you to ensure minimal gaps between placements.

We pride ourselves on providing professional and accessible support so you will always feel supported from the start.
Fostering Rotherham provides 24/7 professional support, with social worker expertise available during working hours and an out of hours emergency hotline.
We take pride in our in-house therapeutic team. They are there to help and strengthen your placement stability, and support the child in your care.
There are 3 local Mockingbird Hubs across Rotherham where member families can receive regular respite and evening sleepover support.
Fostering Rotherham runs regular, specialised support groups so that you can engage with local foster carers with similar circumstances. You will never be alone when you foster with us.
