Will I find it hard to say goodbye?

Lots of our foster carers do find it hard when a foster child moves on whether it’s to another placement, an adoptive family or back to their birth family, but they’re more glad to have made a difference in their foster child’s life. When a foster child turns 18, it is often not the end of your journey with them, many foster children remain a part of the foster family’s lives well beyond childhood.
